Partner application privacy notice

Company details, contacts and verification documents are processed to assess applications, verify representation and provision approved accounts. Information is restricted to authorized Menabyte reviewers and is not shown to other dealers.

Required documents are the tax certificate and company registry/activity certificate. Identity cards, bank details and unnecessary personal data are not requested. Applying does not require marketing consent. Uploaded documents are encrypted in private storage and cannot be downloaded before security checks pass.

Save the private tracking link created after submission; it lasts 30 days. Track additional-document requests and review results there. The approved applicant receives a separate expiring account invitation.

Unapproved applications and documents are removed after a 90-day operational period. Retention for approved companies is determined separately by the partnership and organizational record policy. Hosting, processors and final legal-basis details must be finalized in the corporate notice before production publication.

Send access, correction, deletion and other rights requests to support. Applying or receiving approval does not constitute a signed reseller contract, price guarantee or automatic exclusivity.
