Necessary and optional use

The CSRF cookie protects forms; the language cookie remembers your language. The preference cookie is a signed HttpOnly identifier valid for 30 days. Language preference lasts one year. Interest measurement starts only after a choice.

With analytics consent we record known public page paths, language, time, category filters, link clicks, 30-minute sessions, campaign labels, referring domain and masked IP networks (IPv4 /24, IPv6 /48). Guest IDs are pseudonymous and do not identify a person. Account association requires a separate checkbox and only applies while signed in. No raw IP, fingerprint, full referrer URL, raw searches, form contents, tokens or private portal activity is stored in marketing analytics. Changing these purposes requires renewed consent.

The purpose is to improve resources and, with additional permission, help the sales team understand product interest related to your request. Matching requires both the cookie preference and a separate demo-form selection. No data is sent to third-party analytics or advertising services. Records are held in the local site database; production hosting and recipient details must be finalized before publication.

Visit events and preference records are limited to 30 days. Preference controls are available on every page. Turning measurement off deletes events for the current identity; contact support to request deletion of a demo request. Send access, correction, deletion and other data-rights requests to the support address.
