BEFORE YOU BEGIN
Check before you begin
This public guide covers process and acceptance checks. Endpoint lists, request/response schemas, access procedures, credentials, internal addresses and customer records are not published. Contact support for release-specific technical documentation and authorization.
Visual note: no live API screen or request/response image is published to protect sensitive integration details. No API calls, access changes or automation runs were performed during this content work.
- Business need, product release and responsible team
- Support-approved integration scope
- Test environment separated from production
- Acceptance, error handling and rollback plan
011. Define the integration requirement
Identify the workflow, data direction, approximate request frequency and responsible team. Separate listing/monitoring needs from operations that change data. Do not assume identical API coverage across platforms and releases.
Expected resultThe requirement and operational impact are identified.
022. Request technical documentation from support
Send your product release, integration purpose and preferred technical contact to destek@menabyte.com.tr. Do not include passwords, tokens, private keys, customer data or internal network dumps in the initial message. The technical contract and access conditions are shared through an authorized support channel.
Expected resultA request for the correct release documentation is opened.
033. Agree access and data scope
Plan access only to required resources and operations. Assign access ownership, validity and revocation responsibility. Never embed secret access material in browser code, public repositories, help pages or screenshots; use a support-approved storage method.
Expected resultA least-privilege access plan is prepared.
044. Validate connectivity in a test environment
Start in a separate test environment using support-delivered instructions for your release. Preserve trusted-connection and certificate checks. This public guide contains no call commands, access examples or internal system addresses; obtain technical test steps from support.
Expected resultConnectivity acceptance is performed in a controlled environment.
055. Separate request acceptance from operation completion
An accepted request does not mean a backup or restore has completed. Follow job-tracking and final-state rules in the support documentation. Do not blindly repeat a data-changing request after an uncertain result; validate retry safety and error behavior against the release contract.
Expected resultAcceptance, progress and final state are recorded separately.
066. Prepare logs and error evidence safely
Record time, release, operation type and a redacted error summary. Do not write full request/response bodies, credentials or customer data into general logs. If support needs detailed evidence, first agree redaction requirements and the secure transfer channel.
Expected resultA shareable error summary is prepared.
077. Complete production acceptance and change planning
Complete functional, authorization-boundary, error-scenario and where relevant isolated-restore acceptance. Verify API compatibility with support before upgrades; record ownership, monitoring and rollback planning. This guide does not replace the technical integration contract.
Expected resultIntegration acceptance with assigned owners is established.
