011. Define scope and ownership
Identify protected workloads, release, management owner and organizational security requirements. Do not interpret this general guide as security certification or completed acceptance for every platform.
Expected resultReview scope and results are recorded with the responsible owner.
022. Review privileges regularly
Review user and service access according to job requirements through an authorized process. Plan removal of unused access and review departing staff access with responsible owners. Never publish account lists or detailed role mappings.
Expected resultReview scope and results are recorded with the responsible owner.
033. Validate identity and connection protection
Verify supported identity and additional verification options against the installed release; a visible option does not establish identical protection across data paths. Preserve certificate and trusted-connection checks. Do not disable security mechanisms to resolve access issues.
Expected resultReview scope and results are recorded with the responsible owner.
044. Manage packages and updates through controlled changes
Check approved distribution provenance, package integrity, release compatibility and rollback planning before maintenance. Complete test-environment acceptance; installation success alone is not recovery acceptance. Use authorized support channels for technical deployment details and access files.
Expected resultReview scope and results are recorded with the responsible owner.
055. Test protection layers separately
Encryption, WORM, backup retention and separate recovery copies serve different purposes. A UI option is not evidence of enforced protection; verify release and backend support. Complete isolated-restore data and application acceptance according to organizational plans.
Expected resultReview scope and results are recorded with the responsible owner.
066. Plan incident response and evidence handling
For suspicious activity, notify the authorized security owner and support through organizational procedures. Preserve original records and use a redacted summary in initial communication. Do not perform data deletion, access expansion or security-weakening interventions based on a general guide.
Expected resultReview scope and results are recorded with the responsible owner.
077. Perform periodic acceptance and follow-up
Follow organization-defined intervals for access reviews, release changes, record coverage and recovery tests. Record open issues and owners. Request authorized documentation from destek@menabyte.com.tr for internal architecture, security settings and detailed technical acceptance.
Expected resultReview scope and results are recorded with the responsible owner.
