This public guide covers general review and operational steps. Internal addresses, account lists, access procedures, security configuration and raw audit records are not published. Contact destek@menabyte.com.tr for release-specific technical scope.
Visual note: no live audit/security screen is published to protect sensitive account and event information. No suitable approved anonymous screenshot is available. This work exported no records and changed no access, security or retention settings.

011. Define the review purpose
Identify the event, time window, owner and data-access authorization. User actions, backup jobs and system errors are different record types. Do not assume every event is fully recorded in one central location.
Expected resultReview scope and results are recorded with the responsible owner.
022. Verify release-specific record coverage
Verify recorded operations, viewing privileges and available review options with support for the installed release. Do not claim an available central audit console, export or SIEM integration without verified support.

033. Correlate time and operations
Check time zones, clock consistency and relevant job/event relationships. Request acceptance, operation start and completion are separate stages. Do not infer the entire outcome from one error line or success notification.

044. Distinguish expected and suspicious behavior
Compare events against approved maintenance, user requests and job schedules. Missing records do not prove an event never occurred; failed access alone does not prove a breach. Preserve uncertainty in the report and escalate to the authorized security owner.

055. Preserve evidence and limit access
Do not alter or delete original records during review. If a copy is required, restrict access through the approved organizational process and document origin and collection time. A hash helps establish byte integrity of the copy; alone it does not establish event truth.

066. Prepare a redacted summary for support
In the initial support message, share the release, general event type, time window and impact. Do not send passwords, tokens, personal data, internal addresses, account lists or full logs. Agree redaction and secure transfer with support if detailed evidence is required.

077. Document retention and closure decisions
Apply organizational record-retention, access-review and incident-closure policies. Do not equate backup retention settings with audit-record retention. Record scope, missing evidence and follow-up actions with the responsible owner.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Are audit records alone security acceptance?
No. Assess them alongside coverage, time correlation, authorized review and other evidence. Contact support for technical record coverage.
