Tenants, projects, user hierarchies and resource permissions are different scope layers. Acceptance in one integration does not guarantee isolation across every product path. Contact destek@menabyte.com.tr for technical mapping and release-specific acceptance planning.
Visual note: no suitable real management screenshot without tenant or customer information is available. Identities, account lists and internal mappings are not published. This work changed no tenant, user, role, access or data assignment.

- Tenant separation and resource-ownership plan
- Test identities and sample data separate from production
- Positive/negative acceptance and lifecycle plan
011. Define tenant scope
Identify organizations managed as separate tenants and their data owners. Do not automatically equate displayed company names, projects and tenants. Document management, data and recovery boundaries separately.
Expected resultScope and acceptance results are documented with the authorized owner.
022. Verify the supported model
Verify with support which management paths enforce tenant separation for the installed release and platform. Local user management and external identity integration may use different mapping rules. A test on one platform is not product-wide isolation acceptance.
Expected resultScope and acceptance results are documented with the authorized owner.
033. Plan resource ownership
Map sources, policies, recovery points and repository scope to tenants in an authorized inventory. Avoid incorrect mappings caused by similar names. Shared physical storage and logical access separation are not the same assurance.
Expected resultScope and acceptance results are documented with the authorized owner.
044. Check permission boundaries separately
Assess listing, modification and restore privileges separately. Acceptance must check both that other-tenant data is hidden and that operations against it are denied. Technical access matrices and identity flows are not published here; obtain approved documentation from support.
Expected resultScope and acceptance results are documented with the authorized owner.
055. Plan isolated positive and negative tests
Using isolated sample identities, test authorized access and rejection of out-of-scope access. Match listing, operation and recovery paths to release scope. Do not include real customer data or credentials in test evidence.
Expected resultScope and acceptance results are documented with the authorized owner.
066. Assess shared operational impact
Measure the impact of shared capacity, queues and maintenance on other tenants. Do not assume tenant separation automatically provides quotas, billing or guaranteed performance. Verify those capabilities separately with support.
Expected resultScope and acceptance results are documented with the authorized owner.
077. Record acceptance and change boundaries
Record tested release, platform, scope and open issues without sensitive details. Repeat isolation tests after new integrations or identity-model changes. Contact destek@menabyte.com.tr with a redacted requirements summary for technical planning.
Expected resultScope and acceptance results are documented with the authorized owner.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Does tenant separation automatically provide quotas and billing?
This guide makes no such support claim. Isolation, quotas, performance and billing must be verified as separate release-specific scopes.
