Tenants, projects, user hierarchies and resource permissions are different scope layers. Acceptance in one integration does not guarantee isolation across every product path. Contact destek@menabyte.com.tr for technical mapping and release-specific acceptance planning.
Visual note: no suitable real management screenshot without tenant or customer information is available. Identities, account lists and internal mappings are not published. This work changed no tenant, user, role, access or data assignment.

011. Approve the request and ownership
Define the tenant requirement, data owner, administrator and platform scope. Do not send internal customer lists or credentials in the initial support request. Prepare an approved process and technical onboarding plan with support.
Expected resultScope and acceptance results are documented with the authorized owner.
022. Validate identity and resource mappings
Check user ownership, tenant/project and resource relationships through authorized management paths. Incorrect hierarchy or stale mappings may affect another scope. Internal field names and mapping rules are not published in this public guide.
Expected resultScope and acceptance results are documented with the authorized owner.
033. Review operation privileges
Assign viewing, policy-change and recovery responsibility separately. A role name alone is not evidence of effective access; test it with resource and tenant boundaries. Record ownership and review time for temporary access.
Expected resultScope and acceptance results are documented with the authorized owner.
044. Accept protection coverage
Verify that the correct source maps to the correct policy and repository. Plan backup and isolated-restore acceptance using small test data. A tenant record does not automatically establish data protection or a usable recovery point.
Expected resultScope and acceptance results are documented with the authorized owner.
055. Manage changes through controlled steps
Review existing policies, access and historical backup ownership before user, source or organizational changes. Do not assume changing a tenant safely migrates historical catalogs. Verify supported transition and rollback methods with support.
Expected resultScope and acceptance results are documented with the authorized owner.
066. Limit monitoring and support evidence
Make tenant-scoped job state and recovery acceptance visible to authorized owners. Prepare the release, general error type and redacted impact summary for support. Never place raw records, customer data or access material in public reports.
Expected resultScope and acceptance results are documented with the authorized owner.
077. Match retirement to the retention plan
Before tenant retirement, assess active jobs, required retention, access revocation and recovery paths for older data. Tenant retirement is not equivalent to backup deletion or retention expiry. Verify authorized decisions and technical implementation with destek@menabyte.com.tr.
Expected resultScope and acceptance results are documented with the authorized owner.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Are backups automatically deleted when a tenant is retired?
Do not assume this behavior. Retention, access and recovery paths for historical data require separate assessment; verify the technical scope with support.
